Learn With AI, Think for Yourself

A useful answer is not the same as learning. This guide helps students and adult learners use AI while keeping the effort, honesty and independent thinking that make understanding their own. Ask for help that supports learning. Check claims and sources, practise explaining ideas and transfer what you understand to new situations. An answer can sound convincing before you understand why it is right. Keep the learning process visible: what you asked, what you checked and what you can now explain. Use assistance to deepen your understanding rather than conceal the work still left to do.
