Refund policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026 · Applies to purchases on DALFAST Publishing, operated by DALFAST, s.r.o.
The short version
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," so orders are generally final once the files have been downloaded. But we stand behind every product: if something is genuinely wrong, we will fix it — with a replacement, a corrected file, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
When we always make it right
- Faulty files — corrupted, incomplete, or unopenable downloads we cannot fix promptly.
- Not as described — the product materially differs from its product page description.
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same product twice (or bought a product already included in a bundle you own).
- Billing errors — you were charged the wrong amount or charged without completing a purchase.
When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after downloading the files.
- Buying the wrong product when the product page clearly described it (though contact us — we can often offer an exchange or credit).
- Lack of the free software needed to open standard formats (PDF readers are free on every platform).
EU consumers: your 14-day right and digital content
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived when you expressly consent to instant delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — which is part of the DALFAST checkout flow. Before download begins, your withdrawal right remains intact: if you have not downloaded your files, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Use the support request form or email support@dalfast.com.
- Include your order number (e.g. DA-1A2B3C4D) and a short description of the issue.
- We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
