DALFAST Publishing ("we"), operated by DALFAST, s.r.o., Na pasekách 3085/20, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, sells digital downloads at https://www.dalfast.com. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Order details — your email address and the products you buy, so we can deliver your files and keep them in your library.
- Account details — your name, email, and a securely hashed password if you create an account.
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
- Newsletter & lead magnet — your email and consent timestamp, only if you subscribe. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Contact forms — the details you submit (name, email, message, and form-specific fields) plus your GDPR consent timestamp, kept so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't send marketing email unless you opted in.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We process order data to perform our contract with you, tax records to meet legal obligations, and newsletter/contact data based on your consent — which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep your cart, language/currency choice, and sign-in working. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as required by tax and accounting law (typically 10 years in Slovakia). Contact messages are kept while the matter is open plus a reasonable record period. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — email support@dalfast.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov). We respond to every request within 30 days.
