Terms of service

These terms govern purchases and use of DALFAST Publishing at https://www.dalfast.com, operated by DALFAST, s.r.o., Na pasekách 3085/20, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (IČO 52237826, VAT SK2121001949). By buying or downloading from the marketplace you agree to them.

1. Digital products

All products are digital downloads — ebooks, guides, templates, planners, checklists, workbooks, learning packs, and bundles. Nothing physical is shipped. After successful payment you receive download links on-screen, by email, and in your account library.

2. Licensing

Your use of purchased content is governed by the license policy. The files remain the intellectual property of DALFAST, s.r.o.; you buy a license to use them, not ownership of the content.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (displayed in other currencies for convenience); applicable taxes are handled according to EU law. We never see or store card details.

4. Instant delivery and withdrawal

By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for that content. See the refund policy for the cases where we refund regardless.

5. Refunds

Faulty files, products materially not as described, duplicate purchases, and billing errors are always made right — repair, replacement, credit, or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

6. Downloads & access

Download links have generous limits (typically 10 downloads per file over 12 months) and your account library provides lifetime re-download access. We may refresh limits on request and may suspend access in cases of abuse (e.g. link sharing or redistribution).

7. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the digital files; claim authorship of the content; use it to build competing products or train AI models; or use it in unlawful contexts.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or license violations, with paid content access preserved where the law requires.

9. Liability

The marketplace and its products are provided "as is". Our resources are practical general guidance, not professional legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page.
