30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a DALFAST product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation, no hoops.

Because our products are digital and downloaded instantly, we want our refund terms to be just as clear as our pricing. The sections below explain when refunds apply, how to request one, and the few situations where a refund may not be possible.

When you're eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if any of the following apply:

✓The product isn't what you expected or doesn't match its description.
✓You experienced a technical problem we couldn't resolve (a corrupted file, a download that won't open, or a missing file in a bundle).
✓You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
✓You simply changed your mind and haven't made substantial use of the product.

How long do refunds take?

We approve and issue refunds within 1–2 business days of your request. After that, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. PayPal refunds are usually fastest.

When a refund may not apply

Because our products are digital and can be downloaded and kept, there are a few fair limits:

•Requests made more than 30 days after purchase fall outside the guarantee window.
•Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, fully downloading, and refunding the same products.
•Bundle refunds are processed as a whole; individual items inside a bundle aren't refunded separately.
•Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Slovak law always apply, in addition to this policy.

A note for EU customers

Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal can be waived for digital downloads once delivery has begun and you've agreed to immediate access. DALFAST chooses to go further than the legal minimum by offering a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on top of your statutory rights. You never lose the protections the law gives you.
