1.Who we are

DALFAST, s.r.o. (“DALFAST”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital product company registered in the Slovak Republic, with its registered address at Na pasekách 3085/20, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (Registration Number 52237826, VAT ID SK2121001949).

We are the data controller responsible for your personal data when you use our website at www.dalfast.com (the “Site”) and purchase our products. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@dalfast.com.

2.What information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you digital products and support you:

  • Contact details — your name and email address, provided when you purchase or sign up.
  • Order information — the products you buy, order numbers, and purchase history.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics.
  • Communications — any messages you send us by email or contact form.

3.How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • Deliver the digital products you purchase and provide download access.
  • Send order confirmations, receipts, and important service messages.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Send marketing emails and special offers — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our Site, products, and customer experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4.Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

As an EU company, we rely on the following lawful bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Contract — to deliver the products you've bought and provide support.
  • Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you actively opt into.
  • Legitimate interests — to improve our Site, prevent fraud, and run our business securely.
  • Legal obligation — to keep invoices and records as required by tax and accounting law.

5.How we share your information

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) to take payment securely.
  • Email and delivery services to send confirmations, downloads, and opted-in newsletters.
  • Analytics providers to understand how the Site is used.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

All providers are bound by contracts requiring them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6.International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data stays protected to EU standards.

7.How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary: order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Slovak tax law (generally up to 10 years), and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8.Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@dalfast.com. We respond within 30 days.

9.Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption, secure payment processing, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and notify you and the authorities of any serious breach as required by law.

10.Children's privacy

Our products include resources designed for children (DALFAST Kids World), but these are purchased and managed by adults. Our Site and store are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

12.Contact us

For any privacy question or request, contact DALFAST, s.r.o. at support@dalfast.com, or by post at Na pasekách 3085/20, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia.
