These terms govern your use of DALFASTTOOLS ("the Service"), operated by DALFAST, s.r.o. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use DALFASTTOOLS for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the right to use it. Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights or to process unlawful material.

Free and paid features

Some features are free; others require a paid Pro subscription or a one-time purchase, which will be clearly indicated. Prices are shown before purchase and may include VAT.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design and code are owned by DALFAST, s.r.o. Content you create with our tools belongs to you.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law is that of the Slovak Republic.
